Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, or the higher age required by local law or the applicable store, and have parental or guardian permission where required. Provide accurate details, protect your sign-in information and use only accounts you are authorised to use.
Your content and permission
You retain ownership. You grant Oxford Intelligence Limited the non-exclusive permission needed to host, copy, transmit, format, display and, when you request it, translate or analyse content to provide the service. Respect the audience you choose and only upload material you have permission to share. This permission lasts as needed for the service and permitted retention in the Privacy Policy. Recipient-controlled copies may remain.
Community standards
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, scams, malware, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not impersonate people, manipulate engagement or send unsolicited messages. Report and block unwanted content or contact. We may review reports and restrict content or accounts; contact support to challenge a mistake.
Advice and AI
Community content reflects its authors’ experiences. VERIFY and AI-assisted functions help examine information but do not certify truth, guarantee outcomes or replace professional advice. Check important decisions against appropriate authoritative sources. This is not an emergency service.
Listings, credits and availability
The app is free to download. Availability of individual features varies. Listings and introductions are not guarantees or endorsements of third parties. Any paid service must show its own price and terms before purchase. Disabled or experimental functions are not a promise of future availability. Connectivity costs remain your responsibility.
Ending use and legal rights
You may stop using the app and request account deletion. We may restrict service where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, safety or serious breaches. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app-store licence also applies.
